|Recommended: YesI just moved to the area and into the Classen Apartments. The experience that I have had thus far with the staff here has exceeded my expectations. The manager made time to accommodate a tour for me when I was here for a short period just a few weeks ago. I was immediately sold on the view and growing amenities at this complex, along with the architecture and thoughtful design. The manager communicated an impressive plan for development and renovations that are currently taking place that respect the history of the building while updating to make this an even more enjoyable home for residents. My experience thus far has instilled great confidence in me toward her management skills, and the plans for the building. Since that time, I have moved into an apartment here. A few neighbors, who have been welcoming and hospitable, have expressed to me that when any maintenance issues arise that the staff are very prompt and exceptional in addressing them when they occur.
|Recommended: YesGreat remodel to a historic OKC landmark. The whole place is decked out quite lavishly. The few people I know who have bought a condo here seemed very happy with them.
